What happens to what you send us.
When you send a bid request, we keep what you send us — your contact details, the project information, and any files — so we can price the job and get back to you. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the company.
Plans and other uploads are stored on Cloudflare R2, and the email telling us your request arrived is sent through Resend. Those two services hold the files and the message on our behalf and do nothing else with them. We keep a bid request and its files unless you ask us to remove them.
This site does not use advertising trackers. It uses no cookies of its own.
